Many of us make the typical New Year’s resolution to lose some weight and get in better physical shape. But we invite you to accept a more significant challenge: to improve your spiritual health. Yes, it will require of you real effort and commitment to new added disciplines, but if you accept this challenge you won’t do it alone. We’ll supply the tools that will help you journal your progress.
