SAFE CHILD POLICY I understand that my child will be given a security number on his/her name tag. I will be given a laminated tag with my child’s same security number. I understand that my child will only be released to the person bearing this tag. If someone other than myself will be picking up my child, I understand that I must either give the laminated tag to that person or leave written instructions with my child’s teacher naming the person that will be picking up my child.
